Ocean Beach San Diego Community Bike Project

I'll be building and leaving community bikes in the Ocean Beach, San Diego CA area. All bikes will be painted yellow and be numbered. The bikes are to be used by anyone in need, then left out for the next person in need. If any bikes are seen locked, the lock is to be cut and the bike will be returned to the community. If this actually works and bike thieves F off, we might actually get a cool program going. We'll see.
